Nikolaos Roussos is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of RNR Engineers, with more than two decades of experience in the design and delivery of underground infrastructure projects.

His expertise focuses on tunnel engineering, deep excavations, retaining structures and construction methodology. Throughout his career he has led multidisciplinary design teams on complex transportation and infrastructure projects, combining technical design with practical engineering solutions that can be efficiently constructed.

From 2021 to 2024, he served as President of the Greek Tunnelling Society (GTS), contributing to the promotion of underground engineering in Greece and supporting the successful organisation of the World Tunnel Congress 2023 in Athens. He currently serves as a member of the Society's Board of Directors.
